ORDERING AND PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 2 weeks after payment is received to receive the first round of design proofs, unless otherwise discussed. After edits have been given by the client, please allow Champaperie up to 5 business days to send the next round of proofs.
Champaperie is not responsible for time delays outside of its control, i.e, client missed deadline to provide names for seating chart, addresses for invitations, failure to give approval on designs in a timely manner, etc.
DESIGN, PROOFREADING AND PRINTING
Client is responsible for making all corrections after proof has been sent. Champaperie is not responsible for any errors that may have been overlooked by the client. This includes spelling of names, locations, dates, etc. as well as any possible omissions.
Client is responsible to accurately review each proof before giving approval. No order will go to production without final approval from the client.
Three (3) rounds of proofs will be provided to the client. Any additional revisions will incur a fee of $25 per edit.
Any reprints requested due to client's mistake once final product has gone to production will be the client's financial responsibility.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
Invoices must be paid in full by date listed on invoice unless otherwise instructed. Failure to submit payment will result in delay of proofs and products.
Deposit is due one week after invoice is sent to client. Failure to submit payment will result in delay of proofs. Remaining balance is due by date listed on final invoice.
A rush and/or an emergency order is subject to a 15% increase on total invoice.
Champaperie reserves the right to change prices without notice.
security deposit
Client shall pay a $200 security deposit at time of reservation. Champaperie will return the security deposit 24-48 hours post event, once item(s) are returned and assessed.
Client will not receive deposit back if rental item(s) are damaged or not returned. If items are damaged or not returned, client will be charged full price of the item.
Set-up, Breakdown & Deliveries
If client requires Champaperie to set-up any rental item(s), a set-up and breakdown fee will be added to the invoice.
In some instances, the client will have the option to pick-up and return the item(s), only when instructed.
Pick-up and delivery times must be discussed with Champaperie. Failure to adhere to agreed time will forfeit return of security deposit.
DESIGN PROPERTY
All designs and concepts are property of Champaperie. Champaperie retains all rights to use preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display, other clients, marketing and social media.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Client should note that actual print colors may vary slightly from those seen on a screen.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refunds or exchanges are not offered once the client receives final product. If the client is not satisfied with the results of the product, Champaperie will do its best to accommodate.
Cancellation made by the client will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total purchase price, plus any additional custom fees charged.
Deposits are non-refundable.
COVID-19 Clause: If wedding or event is postponed due to COVID-19, Champaperie will work with client to reprint save the dates, invitations, event details, etc. Reprinting costs are dependent on the project.
