Champaperie Day of Coordination

Hiring Champaperie for day of coordination includes but not limited to:

  • Meeting 2-3 months before your wedding to go over the day from beginning to end

  • Complete day of management, including being the vendor point of contact - you won’t have to worry about anything!

  • Details management (set-up signage, menus, table numbers, escort cards, etc.), including a walkthrough of the reception space to make sure each table has the correct number of seats, centerpieces, etc. 

  • Keep the bridal party on schedule from getting ready to walking down the aisle, coordinated at the venue, and everything in between

  • Help direct Bridal Party, family, etc. for photos 

  • Prevent and troubleshoot any problems that may arise

  • Coordination for up to 12 hours (additional hours can be added)

Payment

  • A $200 deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid the day before your wedding. Deposits are non-refundable

  • The day of coordination package is priced for one coordinator. If an assistant is needed or requested, the additional rate is $100/hr.

  • Payment can be made by credit card, cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

Travel

  • At Champaperie’s discretion, a fee will be charged per mile to and from the wedding based on current rates at time of wedding. Total fee will be added to the final invoice.

Cancellations

  • If for any reason, the wedding is postponed or cancelled, no fee will be charged if the wedding is more than 31 days away. A $100 fee will be charged for notice made 30 days or less.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a natural disaster is to occur making it impossible for your event to occur, cancellation fee is waived and there are no additional rescheduling fees.

Photography

  • Champaperie reserves the right to post photos on their business social media accounts and website from the day of your event after the event is underway.
